Seedlip Garden 108 Eastside

A zesty, non-alcoholic take on the classic Eastside cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:
Simple Syrup Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water
METHOD:
  1. Muddle cucumber slices and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add Seedlip Garden 108 (link opens in new tab/window), simple syrup*, lime juice and ice to the shaker.
  3. Shake and double strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with cucumber ribbon.
*To make the simple syrup, add the sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let syrup cool, then pour into a glass jar and seal tightly with a lid. The sugar syrup will keep, refrigerated, for about one month.
