Marmalade and spice lowball

Perfectly balanced and elegant with sweet, bitter, smoky and spiced notes.


  • 60ml Seedlip Spice 94
  • 15ml Whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon marmalade
  • Tonic water (we used grapefruit tonic) to top
  • Star anise and lime slice to garnish


Combine the Seedlip 94, whiskey and marmalade in a shaker with a handful of ice. Shake vigourously. Pour into a short glass with a large ice cube. Top with tonic water. Garnish with start anise and lime slice.
